How do I clean my straws? Are they easy to clean?
What are the shipping fees?
In Canada, you can get free shipping when you order over $20. If you order for less then $20, the shipping fees are $2.99 CAD without a tracking number.
What happens if I did a mistake when I ordered?

Will the metal straws affect the taste or smell of my drink?
No. Just like any other stainless steel utensils that you use on a daily basis at your house, Stram straws don't have any metallic taste or smell whatsoever.

As a material, stainless steel is very sensible to temperature. It is strongly recommended NOT to drink very hot drinks. On the other hand, drinking cool/cold drinks with Stram straws helps keeping the drink cooler because it cools down the drink, just like ice, by keeping the temperature longer. Can the carrying bag be cleaned?
Yes. You can add the included carrying pouch inside the washing machine. It is better to air dry it than to use the dryer.
