How do I clean my straws?
Stram Straws are dishwasher safe. Hand cleaning is highly recommanded with the included cleaning brush.
Can I return or exchange my products?
No. All orders are Final Sale. If you believe that there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please contact us at contact.stram@gmail.com.
What happens if I did a mistake when I ordered?
If you order the wrong color or didn't write your adress correctly at chekout, please contact us as soon as possible by email ; contact.stram@gmail.com. If your order is not shipped yet, we would do our best to fix it.
